I am writing this review to say that the receptionist named Alsa has been very helpful, professional and informative. Alsa knows her job, and Alsa follows through. Alsa is also intelligent and witty.
Alsa called me this morning on a follow up, which is a part of good salesmanship. Alsa was sharp and ready to answer all of my questions. Alsa also remained on the line with pertinent` information while I talked with Christina the Underwriter at Safeco Insurance.
I would just like to take the time to thank Alsa for all of her help, and to thank Mid Columbia Insurance for hiring such an dedicated, outstanding and outgoing employee as Alsa.
