We pickup our medicine there and the pharmacist is always kind & helpful, so are the others who check you out.

I hate I even had to even put one star. Most of the staff are wonderful...Expect at the drop off window! A "window" its self should invite the staff to ask the customer "how can I help you?" But most these ladies do not no HOSPITALITY! It is rude for me to try to ask a question & get cut off mid-sentence. And my elderly mother-in-law came to pickup a prescription for my husband, that he dropped off 3 days prior. There was no insurance problem, it was pass the re-fill date, and at first they tried to tell her she didn't have it. She really upset her and it was the same staff person. They need to get rid of this rude, mean employee!

There is a reason why I don't utilize this pharmacy. The staff is very, very disrespectful and rude. They lack effective communication and it seems they are always out of certain medicines. They will then tell you that the medicine will be in and ready by a certain time 2 days later and when you go pick it up...guess what? Not ready. When asked when it will be ready, the standard answer is "a couple of hours".
