Waited 30 min for food and during that wait, no one checked on us. Understand busy but no water, refills on coffee or hot chocolate. Still waiting on food. Only saving grace was a slight discount.

This is a great place to meet up with friends & family. Environment is great, food is good, service is fantastic! The Sagebrush Woolies are on the move and this definitely one of favorite places. Follow us @sagebrushwoolies

For it being an IHOP I wasn't expecting much because people have said it's on par with Denny's & Shari's, I really enjoyed the IHOP location on Canal Drive, the food and service was really good and the quality of their food was also better than Denny's and Shari's, I only wish this particular IHOP was open later than 10pm

Got here and was short wait. Waitress was sweet and did a great job! Food was very delicious!

DO NOT CHOKE ON YOUR FOOD AT IHOP. my mother-in-law was dinning alone and started choking on her food wait staff stood around but did not step in to help. But a young Hispanic man did and did the Heimlich and saved her life. When ok she asked waiters why they did NOTHING, she was told they are not allowed to intervene out of fear of lawsuits.
