Wow! We walked in and did a double-take. We thought we were in the wrong place! They totally updated the interior. It is beautiful! Pair that with great food and it is hard to beat. We sat in the bar. Service was outstanding as usual. We won't wait so long to come in again.

Outback? We’ll never be back
I remember when it used to be good 15 yrs ago. No wonder why they are closing locations nation wide. Zero customer service. We were rushed out, sharp answers and no manners. Small portion, no fries and zero presentation on the kids meals. No juice refills, what’s up with that? We got a couple of burgers. No jalapeños available... are you kidding me? All the way from McDonalds to Red Robin you find them! They lost me on that one. No flavor and almost burnt instead of we’ll done. See the pictures. I apologized to my son for not getting a decent stake for his birthday. We had the WRONG image in our minds about this place.
We’d rather pay 60 dollars on our favorite Italian restaurant in walla walla. Rich flavors, fresh ingredients and outstanding customer service.

They didn.t ask me how I wanted my lobster cooked. Forgot to give me the special price. Food excellent and restroom immaculate

Loved their food every time I have been. Service has been friendly and consistent. Prices can be spendy depending on what you order.

Mostly an enjoyable experience. Entree quality can be somewhat inconsistent. We've eaten here a number of times and had everything come out perfect, and a number of other times had all of our steaks undercooked. When everything is done right, it's very good. The last time was fair, with the only hiccup being a potato served with sour cream when we order it without. They were polite and pleasant when they corrected the mistake, but it did take a little while. Overall, it's a good place, and we'll keep going back.
