So we are avid papa people. This is by far the most consistent papa around! Tom runs a tight ship! We thought because we knew a few of the employees that they were making it extra special for us. We tested that theory.....having someone else call in and pick up our order. It was exactly the same! Amazing! Anytime we have time to pick up our order since were out of the delivery zone for them we choose this papa John's! Don't get me wrong the others are good. But this is the best papa in the tri cities hands down consistence!

These guys make great pizza! The cheesesticks are awesome! The staff is always quick and friendly!

Always great tasting pizza with great service. Online ordering is a plus on the web and they even have a smartphone app! Special pricing almost every week on selected items just makes the value even greater!

I forgot to write this review a while ago, but they score a well deserved 5 starts from me. Super friendly staff, and it was either the GM or another manager (pretty sure GM) that kindly kept the doors open right at the end of the night for me when I called in asking if I could still do a walk in, and he offered to have the lobby open 20 minutes after they were suppose to close normally, even though I was able to make it before normal closing hours (personal courtesy request: please don't ask them to do this because they did it for me, it was a nice gesture but I would hate for them to be taken advantage of). They deserve another 5 star review because another night I ordered delivery, they accidentally started the wrong size of the pizza I ordered (1 size too small) so instead they made a second size, and I got two large pizzas for the price of an XL. These guys take quality customer service very seriously!
