I like the Pasco Wendys but the Kennewick one needs new management. Its very dirty and Im afraid to eat there. The Pasco restaurant is clean and the service is good.

I like the food but be prepared to wait a long time inside or at drive thru. Last time I gave up on ordering due to long wait at lunch.

Inside was still open but they were cleaning and did not want to clean it again so was told the inside was closed. I wanted to sit down and eat and not eat in the car since we were traveling. Lazy and ride employees.

Flies we're annoyng. Garbages were not emptied which made it difficult when I ate within the restaurant to dump my tray before I left. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful just missing a few details.

I just went through the drive thru , I did not get my ranch or my pop plus the girl was acting like if she cared less of what she was doing how can you do that to your customers , because of them you get a check !!!
I'm totally not coming back for sure.
