Just left this restaurant. We had an awful experience. One of our kids found a rock in her burger. Yes a rock. When we brought it they their attention they did not apologize once. The Manager offered to "throw down a new one" we said yes without realizing she finished the burger, so then told them it was unnecessary. I went back to the counter and asked for the corporates number they said "we don't have corporate... but our district manager is here would you like to speak with her" she came and out she was not friendly and had a bad attitude after I told her what happen she responded with "well we have a lot of new staff" I'm sorry but when did an apology require training? (After what seamed like pulling teeth)we got an apology in the form of "well I'm sorry what do you want me to do"

I asked her to drop her bad attitude and told her to have a good day.

The worst food in the world. Horrible service. The assistant manager was very rude . I left with no food and $13 gone out of my pocket. I ordered a Papa Joe. After I paid for my food. I changed my mind and wanted to upgrade to a " bellybuster ". The manager said it was too late, But said he could add bacon for $2.90w/tax. I paid and received one and a half pieces. The piece of ham was one of those cheap pieces of Bologna ham. It was very thin, you can see through it, uncooked and cold. My top bun was so dried out it was falling apart. I went up to get a new bun, lettuce was wilted and old, My Patty was cold, my cheese was not melted the crispy bacon I'd asked for was put in the fryer.. As I walked away I was laughed at. So I put my food and drink on the counter and walked out. This was the first time I had gone back in three years. 3 years ago I had ordered the cheesy jalapeno tots. They were overcooked and all the cheese had come out and they were black. I called on the phone the manager told me to save them all and bring them all back they wanted each and every one of them. The two that I had taken a bite of and spit out I did not take with me. When I got to the location she dumped them on a tray counted them and told me I was two short and that she was taking two out of my new order. Whoever owns this Zips should not be in business. They are giving Zips a bad name this is a very bad location and very very bad owner. Shame on you

August 21st at 11 a.m., stopped by to grab a very quick bite on my way to work. As I pulled around back to go through the drive-thru I saw someone standing in the back room smoking or vaping. They quickly stepped completely in and close the door most of the way and held it there until I left. When I called the store 20 minutes later to report it, the manager said there were only two on duty and one was cooking and one was working the register of front and they have no idea who it would be. They also seem very unconcerned. I think it was the one cooking.

Great food... Scary side of town to go. Looked like some kind of "deal" was going down in the parking lot. Lots of loitering and transients. Recommend going to one of the other locations if you want to get out of your car.

Not the freshest best-tasting burgers & fries & over-priced fish for the quality. Several times the shake machine has been down in evenings- so don't go anytime close to closing if you're ordering a shake. Great fry sauce. Nice customer service. Biggest gripes are quality of food (the salads can be great when lettuce is fresh not brown & price is good on those when veggies are fresh but that's hit & miss) and way over priced for quality & taste.
