We purchased a Sundance Chelsea Spa and are very pleased with the knowledgeable sales staff (Kacey) and the whole buying experience - not pushy at all and very helpful.
They removed our old Spa and placed our new one, helped us find a licensed electrician, and then Kacey came over after work and went through the setup process. He explained everything in easy-to-understand terminology.
We love our Sundance Spa and would highly recommend Leisure Pool and Spa.

We have owned the Grandee by Hot Springs for just over 2 months. We purchased the hot tub from Brian and had excellent service in the planning, purchasing, installation, follow up visit, and on going support. The Hot Tub by Hot Springs is superior quality and operates flawlessly.

I am not a new comer to hot tub onwnership we owned a hot tub for 12 years in Florida in the 80s and 90s. It was a real chore in those days. The new technology is solid and the form, fit, and function are perfect. The water maintenance is straight forward and after 2 months the water is crystal and chemicals balanced.

To the sales staff, I give great credit as I gave never had to wait and they are always professional and knowledgeable. To the technicians who installed the hot tub, I give much appreciation to their handling and installation skills... they made a dufficult task look easy. I have to give Brian credit for helping me find a top notch electrician to run my power.

All around, highly recommended team of professionals that sell top quality products, and follow up up with superior service.

I rarely give bad reviews but the customer services here was so bad I couldn't ignore it. Asked for help with determining what chemicals we should start out with for our new pool. The staff member was condescending and acted like we were bothering him. Second time, my wife went, same guy, same attitude. We are done, we will go anywhere else now.

We recently purchased a hot tub and a Sauna from Brian at Leisure Pool and we have to say that the experience was nothing short of amazing. Brian was very polite and knowledge about their products and at no time was he pushy. He was patient and very helpful in helping us understand our need and fitting us in to the perfect Hot tub for my wife and I. Also the Service guys were also very polite and kind when they came to deliver our hot tub today.
All in all I would have to say the people at Leisure pool are an A+ rating in our book and anyone looking for the best product and great service go and ask for Brian he will treat you right, there is no need to shop around.

I purchased a pool heater from them in November of 2015 and I wasn't able to get it till the Spring of 2016 . Since they don't install them I asked for recommendations for someone to install it. I asked if the pool heater was economical to use and they said it was however $200 a month for propane is not economical that's more than I pay to heat my house most months. I also asked them if the the heater would be okay sitting outside all winter and they said that it would be because it made to sit outside and endure the weather. That would've been a good time to tell me that it needed to be winterized but since they don't do it I guess they just don't tell their customers with above ground pools things that need to be done because they don't service them . After all I'm just someone who carried and $1100 heater out the door so I guess I just don't really count . The company that I bought my pool from has told me everything about how to take care my pool and even demonstrated many things without me asking them I guess they want happy customers .
