Brooke Travis is a wonderful esthetician & skincare specialist! So happy to have found someone in this field who is professional, efficient and most importantly someone I can trust. She is gentle, patient, meticulous and makes me feel very comfortable during my visit.

This was my second visit to Z Salon for a cut & color. My daughter also has been going here and recommended Monica. . . . .I couldn't be happier with her! Monica is experienced, listens to what you want and made helpful suggestions. Yes - it can be a bit on the the pricey side but for me to finally find someone who knows how to work with fine, straight hair that is also beginning to gray. . . . .its worth every penny too me!

Had an apt at 11AM. At 11:19 I asked to confirm my apt time, thinking I may of had it wrong, and they said 11AM. They said it would be another 5 minutes so I said I needed to cancel. Nobody seemed to care that I was sitting there for 20 minutes. Poor experience for a higher end salon.

Called and asked for the most experienced hair stylist because of past experiences of having bad hair cuts. I was given a name of their most experienced stylist and asked to bring in a picture of what I wanted and colors that I liked. I did just that..after hours. And $$$ I came out with nothing resembling the color or the style I asked forAnd showed her. I guess I am done here in Kennewick with getting my hair done...and I am really not that picky but I sure will be from now on! I will have to wait 4 month to try and let my hair grow to get the style I want now😤😡
