We had a reservation for our anniversary last night. Apparently they are closed for daily operations and no one bothered to call and let us know. After arranging childcare, we drove 30 minutes to the restaurant, parked, got into the elevator for the Sunsphere and pressed the level that was labeled for the restaurant but it would not light up or take us there. After trying this several times we looked it up online to get the number and saw that they are closed for daily operations. We sure would have appreciated a call regarding the closure!

The food was fine BUT even though we had a 6:00 PM reservation for dinner and a 8:00 PM show at the Tennessee Theater, we were almost late. We informed our waiter that we had a show at 8:00 PM and he assured us that he would see that we got to our show in time. After finally getting our meal at 7:10 PM, we waited over 20 minutes to get our check after getting up and getting the hostess to get our waiter. You would think that 2 hours would be enough time to eat and get to a show a few blocks away. Not at this restaurant, so do not eat here if you have anywhere else to be that night!

I was quite disappointed. The food lacked spice (especially salt) , the staff seemed annoyed that we were there and my main course did not taste fresh. Specifically the calamari, while well cooked, was very bland. The lobster ravioli was recommended. I have eaten the dish many times at other restaurants so I jumped at it. The sauce was so cheesy it was almost inedible and the pasta was rubbery. I expected an experience more similar to Icon, the previous restaurant, but was sadly disappointed. It was clear I did not eat my food but never once did our server ask if there was a problem. We were in a group so rather than cause an issue I just didn't eat an entree. I am very disappointed.

Food is excellent! Atmosphere cozy and unique. Prices just right for the great food youre getting. Parking is either valet or several blocks away.

We had a five star experience. The atmosphere and view are spectacular. The entire staff went out of their way to make our evening special. The food was amazing and the extra birthday dessert was so delicious. We will return soon! Thank you Primos for a great memory.
