I rented a car here and filled up the gas tank 3 miles away from them before returning it. I could never get the needle quite up to full anytime I filled the tank. They told me they were going to charge me 9.89 a gallon to fill it up even though I put as much as I could fit in the tank. Avis confirmed a problem with this model Malibu not reading the fuel level properly. Sounds like a scam. Find someplace else to rent a car from.

I have rented cars from this Avis location many times over the past few years. I have always had good experiences renting cars from these folks. Great guys. They remember me and always offer me coffee with a smile and make sure the car is in perfect condition. Upon return, they ask me what I like about the car and what I prefer for my next rental.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I reserved a car several weeks ago to attend my son's graduation from basic training in Missouri. I gave them everything they asked for and was sent a confirmation. The day I was leaving I went to pick up the car. They swiped my debit card, took my ID, and the car was pulled to the front and ready to go. Then, out of nowhere, the man tells me that my credit score is less than 650 and therefore he could not rent the car to me! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! It held me up at least 3 hours but the extremely kind and EFFICIENT people at ENTERPRISE on Maynardvile Hwy rented me a car and guess what? It was way cheaper!!! THANK YOU ENTERPRISE!!!!!
