The staff at the downtown location are awsome.there customer service is great i have always had an outstanding experience when renting.the downtown location is the best in Knoxville you guys rock.

Booked a rental for my road trip so I could feel safer about traveling in a newer model car than my personal vehicle. When I pulled up to get the rental, I was told that I couldn't leave my car anywhere!! WHAT?!? Never was an issue in the past but suddenly and with no warnings, there is no place to leave my car! It delayed my trip significantly while I figured out what to do with my vehicle and I very nearly just cancelled the reservation. Very upsetting and caused a lot of stress right before my trip, which was stressful enough already.

the people at enterprise do there best to make you feel happy when you there. Ms. Shannon is the best. if you every at the down town location she the one to ask for. She does get enough credit for her hard work.

Live downtown. Needed a car in a hurry when our own car, loaded for a long trip, wouldn't start. The folks at Enterprise came to the rescue, got me the perfect substitute at a great price, and couldn't have been more cheerful, helpful, and quick to get me on the road. I'll definitely be back!
