I called the dentist off before my visit to see what my copay was so that i could be prepared, i was told there is no copay. I get there and they started adding up all these different fees, so what i didn't want to happen happened. No body in the office knows what u are suppose to pay or not pay. 3 different people came to discuss my pay and said 3 different things, so they are lost and so am i. I wasted 3hrs in there for nothing. And the older lady office assistant i guess is what she called herself very ghetto and rude. They dont have a clue on how to run this dentist office, so im on to the next

Super friendly staff! Pleasantly surprised! Office decor is not particularly fancy, but everything was quite clean.

Worst dentist I have ever encountered. Do not go here. There charges are twice as much as all other dentist in the area. You will pay the same as if you didn't have insurance at all. They have horrible customer service. The dentist has a horrible bed side manner. They are rude all the way around. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst dentist in Knoxville. Go somewhere else if you have insurance. Not clean. Looks like he was re using temporary crowns without auto claveing them. Run now while you have the chance. He is a good doctor, but his staff is horrible. He is the dentist from hell. I would rather the guy from the movie Little Shop of Horrors because at least they were clean!
