My daughter and I recently moved here and I was so nervous about finding a new dentist. They do have different hours each day but our first appointment was on Friday and they scheduled us both the same day. It didnt take long to get us in for our first appointment. I was very pleased with the care we received and we have found our new place to call home for our dental care! Thank you to Dr. Robinson and staff, we love it there!

Took my wife there needing a root canal or extraction. They told us that they would refer us to someone to do the extraction, but if we wanted a root canal that they'd do it. We choose the root canal. Nurse came back saying that the doctor "saw something he didn't want to work on" and referred us to someone else anyway. The reference they sent us to doesn't accept our discount plan. So after telling us they are not going to help, they still charged us for the Xray. They were no help at all. No work was done. We paid for them to refer us to a place that we can't even go because they don't accept our discount plan. The whole reason we choose Robinson Gerald DDS was because they do accept it. Going here was a step back since now we have paid them for no work. I didn't think dentist could just pick and choose who they work on and who they don't.
