We all use this office. When we moved and got married my children were still being seen at the old Dr.Belll office afer he retired and my son was gonna have to wait over 6months to get one filling done. That was just the start he needed 3. So, I complained and they put him in childrens and put him to sleep where he came out with caps where he grinds his teeth. They stayed so busy a cleaning appt was hard. My husband had a dental emergency so I called and got local dentist in the area open on friday. We got dental works in east town mall. Nice hours. Hateful staff a $13 cleaning fee is ridiculous if you do not pay it you are not seen lol. Nex dental emergency we call Dr, Sulliven's office. We have had billing issues before. One call cleared it up. He was great so I moved us all there. We will never see another dentist just our orthodontist.

All the front desk knows all their regular clinets by first name. Whe we have had billing issues all I have to do is call. they fix it. I have never been ripped off. Only issues we ever had was over a bill that they filed right but on the insurance end did not go thru right. Their billing lady threatened to kick us all out of the practice thinking I called her a liar which I did not. I know my insurance and what is covered I had called and they informed me he was still a covered dentist. It was resolved and since the few issues we've had with billing since then we have had NO ISSUES. He tries to fix everything instead of just pulling them. I love him and the staff.

I was charged $70 for a procedure that's covered by my insurance. If y'all can't be bothered to bill folks correctly, what else do you allow to fall through the cracks? I had to listen to the hygienist drone on and on regarding politics after I asked her not to, also, she tried to sell me $20 mouthwash. When I refused it, she admitted gargling in warm, salt water would be sufficient, then proceeded to repeatedly stage "whisper" to the ladies in front "we've got to make this affordable for her!" I've got money. I just won't stand for being ripped off.

I won't even go into the horrible cancer scare they treated me to, or the complete lack of awareness regarding HIPAA regulations (as much as I appreciate discussing my personal health info IN THE HALL IN FRONT OF EVERYONE) or never once being addressed by my NAME, rather than honey, sweetie, darling, etc.

I'll pay out of pocket to Aspen or Dailey Dental before I step foot in that nightmare clinic again!

They were great with my son who has aspergers. I was expecting a melt down over two fillings, but he left smiling.
