I can't say enough GREAT things about this place!! My husband was on 2 different medications and was still in pain daily until he started seeing Dr Chris! Now he is off the medications and PAIN-FREE with just a monthly adjustment!! I began going too just because of the stiffness that sets in with a daily desk job. I can't believe I suffered so long thinking it was just normal to feel that way...IT'S NOT! The staff knows us both by name and is always so friendly and welcoming! We are also now seeing Jessica for our allergies and HIGHLY recommend either location! We love APPLE HEALTH & WELLNESS!

I called to set up an appointment and asked the receptionist if anyone there was certified in doing the Graston Technique, a widely known approach of eliminating scar tissue. I read they did it on their website, so I wanted to confirm. The receptionist had no idea what I was talking about and put me on hold so she could ask. She never got back to me after putting me on hold for 15 minutes. During that time frame, another woman got on the line and asked how she could help and she immediately got frazzled and told me she didn't realize the other receptionist was trying to help me. I waited another 5 minutes on hold after that and never received a response, so I hung up.

If you want clients, your customer service needs improvement, and that starts at your front desk. I will not be calling back and will go elsewhere.
