Called and left 3 messages with 3 different receptionists to request background check forms and have received no reply. My company has had a longstanding account with NetGain and we will no longer be using their services. They are unprofessional, and clearly understaffed if they can't return a phone call.

I had to go here to take a blood test for alcohol called a Peth test. The test goes back 3 weeks. I had heard a rumor that hand sanitizer could cause a false positive so I called down to ask. The idiot who answered (we will call him Dick although his real name was Skip) didn't even know what the test was and acted like I was talking about a breathylizer test or something. When I explained to him what it was he got a disgusting 🤢 attitude with me and practically hung up on me. A few hours later I called ahead to let them know I was coming because that's what the message I received instructed me to do. Dick answered again with that same attitude that can best be described as punchable.
When I got there the MA who drew my blood was very sweet and pretty and I'll assume she was fresh out of school for her sake. She asked me which arm I preferred and I presented my right arm to her which has a massive vein right in the middle. She decided to go for the barely visible vein next to it. When she missed I asked why she tried to stick me there and she said "you chose that arm." I then pointed out the large vein right in the middle of my arm that she seemed unaware of. After going in at the wrong angle and briefly digging around she got my blood. I finally left and had to turn around and come back because they didn't give my ID back after I checked in

Very very very Rude People. Going as net gain. They can't answer the phone with respect. Don't deal with these people. I'm sure the ly have know idea what they are doing

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The receptionist and lab technician, Jennifer Tomlinson was one of the most rude and hateful people I've encountered in a long time. To say that my visit there yesterday was awful would be an understatement. This was not the first time that I had a bad experience there, but it was the worst, thus my reason for posting this review. They could (her particularly) could care less that you have to wait at least 30 to be seen. They do not greet you with a hello or sorry for your wait, you're met with exteme rudeness instead. They have Christian music piped through their office so you'd think those working there would have a Christian attitude. Far from it...they should practice what they preach.

I liked that I was in and out fast, and the area was kept clean, but the staff was not very professional.
