It's like the dude that goes to the bathroom with you to look at your privates To make sure you ain't got anything you ain't supposed to ya know. Well that guy decided he wanted to lust upon my junk and I kindly asked him to back up some and he said no and I was very uncomfortable with that. Not a very good place to go to!

Takes forever to get registered. The wait time is extremely long. I would advise having your employer send you some where that is more efficient in time management.

I went here recently for a drug test and tb test. The wait was very long so this is why I gave four stars. However, when you wait for a long time you get to observe quite a lot. What I observed was a very friendly staff. I didn't witness anyone being rude to patients. I also didn't feel that the place was unclean. I returned a few days later to get my TB test read. Colleen read it for me. She was very sweet that day and also when she administered my test the other day. Other staff was very friendly too, I just don't happen to recall their names.

Went for dot physical was told to get sleep study done not based on medical past but on bmi and neck size. Week later regulation for sleep apnea was no longer a requirement by federal government. According to NOVA they have their own guidelines. According to Knoxville office this came from their corporate office.Despite bringing the law to their attention they still are requiring expensive sleep study. Will be contacting DC once again to let them know they are not following the law. If they can't follow law they need to be pulled from dot physician registry . Costing drivers families and companies unnecessary money with multiple trips to their facility.

NO STARS. the wait was crazy long. the device they used to do alcohol test was so useless it went thru a 15 % drop in 5 min, from 3 beers I drank at dinner the night before at 8pm. It cost me a very good job. I would not bring a dead dog to this place. It needs to be shut down. my apt was at 10am did not go back till noon. My advice would be go somewhere else or just suffer, you would be better off.
