University Radiologists

This company's billing practices is a horror show. They failed to send bills to attorneys office, but had no trouble sending my account to a collection agency (revenue recovery).
When I pulled my credit report there sat University Radiologists. I called my attorney to see why they did not include this bill in the final disbursement and was told they never got the additional bill, seems UR sent one bill but not the other one, so it was never paid.
The issue is between UR billing and OEB law offices. However UR will not pull their mistake from the agency so my credit continues to be negatively impacted. Needless to say I am suing UR billing department for their error and for not pulling the account from the agency as well as negatively impacting my credit. Any other patients having this issue?

Recently, I had an appointment to get a CT scan at the University Radiologists office. I have to admit that I was scared and apprehensive. Fortunately, the staff was very friendly - they gave me a detailed explanation of the equipment, procedures and answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones). I was also impressed that they called my name within a minute of my scheduled time so I didn't have to sit very long in their lobby.

At the end of my appointment, I was able to get a CD of the scan and University Radiologists sends the scan and results to my family doctor.

I would recommend University Radiologists to anyone who needs a medical scan.
