As attorneys, we handle a lot of estate and probates for Farm Bureau clients. Gene Chun's staff at Farm Bureau is always polite and first-rate with us and with our clients. We have found them to be responsive and courteous each time we deal with them.

Low rates, but terrible customer service, I'm in the military and my checks come in on different days, so they would charge me $20 dollars extra for NSF? That's Retarded ! If you don't have the money when they want it they charge you more making your financial situation worse. After 18yrs of being a customer they would not work with me in anyway. So, I figure they were willing to lose revenue and my business over $20 dollars, and I'm willing to switch. Welcome to America! Where the Greedy starve out the Poor and they don't appreciate customers and Military Service members. 7/3/14

Best insurance available. As an attorney who deals with claims, I have dealt with every company out there. Farm Bureau is the only company that will treat claimants fairly and courteously. After seeing how certain "big name" companies treat claimants, I changed all of my coverage to FB.

I don't have insurance with them, but just from the call for a quote, I never will. The receptionist transferred me multiple times (4 times back to back!) in the middle of me explaining what I needed. Janet doesn't even know the details of the insurance plans they offer and doesn't seem to thinks she needs to.

I'd honestly be worried putting my lively hood in their hands.
