From a medical employee point of view, they are just the worst. Constantly denying claims, requiring authorizations for everything, provider calls go outside of the USA, which means, a different COUNTRY has all the patients' personal information. Their website never works properly with daily error messages. They hired a vendor for some authorizations which requires a phone call for every single patient, instead of using a website. They need to evolve & progress this is 2017!!!

This is a great place to find information on health care. They have a variety of special interest groups; like knitting, yoga, line dancing, harmonica lessons, diabetes training classes, bingo, movies and more. A lot of the activites are for anyone, some are just for Humana insurance customers.

They are staffed by warm, friendly staff that will assist you with customer service, health plan and even technology questions! Stop by and check out this unique community center, it's a short drive away.
