This studio is truly transformational! Shanti is an excellent instructor with years of experience in the mental and physical practice of various forms of Yoga. Her classes are inspirational,visual, and educational as well as intimate and intentionally guided. I have been attending for the last month and each session continues to nurture my spiritual journey. Shanti gives great advice philosophically and is very supportive of the nature of your true being!

Shanti is a knowledgeable and caring healer. she is careful to listen and understand the client needs then draws from multiple traditions to provide the best outcomes. I highly recommend her.

I love yoga class with Shanti! She is absolutely the best and most experienced yoga instructor in Knoxville, and the yoga community she's created is truly fabulous. Her classes address the unity of mind, body, and spirit--the very essence of yoga. No matter how my day has gone, I always leave her class feeling relaxed, centered, and whole. I'm so glad I found her!
