I tried to call this branch today literally for over 2 hours constantly with no answer. All associates were busy with other customers. I find that hard to believe that the culture of a bank would necceistate the not answering a phone for over 2 hours. If that is the case I suggest they get more personnel. I suspect it is more gross negligence and a culture of no customer service. 2 hours!

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed!!! Call this location SEVEN TIMES and no one answers. Walk in less than five minutes later and there are two people in the lobby and four employees standing around talking. Pitiful excuse for a branch.

Only Bank of America in the area and they have one teller on at the start of the morning. Open more banks or hire more tellers!
