I have done business with Claris Networks for 8 years now and consider them to be the top tier IT Services Provider in the area. What makes them so valuable isn't just their use of best of breed technologies or how they are always ahead of the curve, leading the charge, when it comes to IT trends. What makes them so valuable are their people which are some of the best in the industry. This combination of cutting edge technologies and grade A employees allows them to come up with creative, out-of-the-box approaches to each client's needs. Been a client for over 3 years and just wanted to tell about a great customer service experience that I've had. I get emailed daily a report on if our server’s backups are successful or have failed. Travis has taken a proactive response to any failures that have been reported and emailed me and told me why the report shows any failures and what they are doing to correct the problem. Him taking ownership and being proactive is really impressive and excellent customer service. - Michael, IT Manager w/ SERA
