Great food and staff! They always take care of each customer, making sure everyone has what they need, and are super friendly and polite. The food is always made right, which is hard to find in a fast food restaurant, and always tastes amazing! Definitely my favorite fast food and this is my favorite Arby's in knoxville!

Ive had it...ive gave this place about 30 attempts to change before i reviewed it but im done waiting. I have not gotten an order right here yet in the 7 months since we moved 3 min from here. They act like there always in such a hurry even when ur the only person here that they dont care if ur order is right or not. Just ordered 4 milkshakes from there...only two cars in drive through and thought the girl at the window was going to have a panic attack. She took my money..handed me the change, straws, receipt, milkshake all at once told me to have a nice day n slammed the window close..i sat there knowing i was missing 3 so she opens the window i tell her i have three more..no drink tray..no napkins but throws them out the window lids falling off n covered in syrup. Its called respect..thanks now i have chocolate syrup all over my pants trying to drive holding two milkshakes in my lap.

came to get food for the family and myself before work one night and not only did i have to wait 20 mins in the drive thru but the food was also wrong! came a couple nights later to get the food remade and it took 40 mins to even get my food and thats going thru the drive thru.... like wth?!?! im really disappointed!

It's nice to see a place en route besides a burger and fries... well, in taste. They are currently running a 2-for $5 deal which saves you a buck or two.
An extra star goes to the staff today for being honest with the customer in front of me, they may have given his family's order to someone else who drove away. I nod my head to the patient customer who almost expected this to happen.
It was clean an peaceful. Now I could use a nap.
