The meal was delicious. The service was very pleasant. Atmosphere was relaxing and cheerful. Thank you for a delightful, anniversary treat for dessert.

Incredible date night for my hubby and me!! Great service, wonderful food...amazing atmosphere! Had beef tenderloin cooked perfectly, bottle of pinot noir at an amazing price, delicious chocolate torte. Fantastic evening.

That mall is the best in this side of Chattanooga. And Nick and J's Café consistently get top ratings of all the food spots in Knoxville. We live a couple mile from there and have eaten there many times. It's an 'owners on the spot" place. Very friendly, very clean, very good food. Menu isn't extensive, but everything on it is good. The high ranking and inflation have pushed prices up some, but still a great meal in a friendly environment. I notice that someone has said it reminds them of 'the Greek diners in Chicago.' Coincidentally, they are Greeks, very friendly Greeks.

Ambiance is very romantic. Wait staff is very knowledgeable. A few words to describe our experience: Elegant, depth of flavors, the cuisine was well mastered. The Beef Tartare is a must! I couldn't give higher praise to Bistro By the Tracks. Bravo!
