My experience at this Chipotle was nothing short of wonderful. When I first approached the UTK campus Chipotle, it looked like an average Chipotle, but when I walked in there was nothing average about it. The employees greeted me right away and treated me as an old friend, the interior looked extremely clean and I still saw them cleaning the walls to keep them a bright white. My burrito made a perfect burrito and even seemed to over fill it a bit, it was delicious as always. Even though it was near closing time the employees still seemed fresh and chipper. I went to leave and they told me "have a nice night" and "hope to see you soon". This was by far my favorite Chipotle and I will be going here as much as I can. I have never seen such a nice staff at such a late hour, 10/10!

Overall ok food but their quality and quantity is extremely variable. Grilled veggies are usually burned and taste awful!

Parking is a nightmare. The food is as good as expected. Good vegetarian/vegan options, but Coke, not Pepsi. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Love Chipotle! The staff here is friendly and even offered us a tasting when we weren't sure what we wanted to get. They were very helpful, super nice and professional.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly, and the food is unmatched. Very comfortable and clean environment.
