I went after 7 while it was quiet and not too busy. The service was great. The man behind the counter was nice and asked all the right questions and prepared my 16 piece meal accurately. He was a true gentleman too which is a bonus!
When I got the food it was hot and delicious and the order was right on the mark. This was the best KFC experience I've had in several years and definitely better than Clinton Hwy experience I got a while back.

Food was good. Terrible experience. Waited 45 min just like last time. No one bothered to tell me the drive thru was closed until I called the store. I went in and miraculously they had started taking drive thru orders again. Mind you this was at 4:30 in the evening.

While the food is good, you'll be lucky if you get what you ordered. I've come here three times and every time my order isn't correctly done.

I would give this minus stars if I could. I spent over $40 on this disgusting nasty things they tried to pass off as food.
Every single worker in there, was NOT wearing gloves, NOT doing anything that even remotely classified as working. The place was nasty and the food was old, cold, and tasted horrible.
They got my order wrong so I had to go back in too have them fix it & they still got it wrong. After them pretending like they was trying to fix it while doing nothing to actually fix it, I just gave up. No matter how long I stood there trying to explain the problem, they still was doing nothing, they either still wasn't doing it right or didn't care enough to even try. It was like I was speaking a different language.
This was hands down the most absolute WORST place I have ever been too in my life.
Our family would rather skip supper then ever go back here again.
Save your money, time, and sanity & just go somewhere (anywhere) but here.
