Mellow Mushroom Cumberland is definitely one of the best restaurants in Knoxville! I always get amazing service and even better food when I come here. The kitchen is immaculate and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. They’re meticulous with cleanliness and quality. The management and staff are wonderful, definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area. Even if you’ve been to a Mellow Mushroom before, I promise you’ve never been to one as good as this one!
P.S. Sit in the bar, all of the bartenders are awesome!!!

I go to Mellow Mushroom a couple times a month, but my first visit to this location. I Always get artichokes, salami, mushrooms and onions. This was completely covered in onion and only a few small pieces of artichoke. The center of the pizza, the cheese was barely melted, and the dough was gooey.
Update: I was craving Mellow Mushroom, and decided to try this location again. What a mistake. This time so I wouldn't get an undercooked Pizza, I asked for it well done. I also ask for extra sauce. I got my pizza and it was burnt and there was barely any sauce on there. I don't understand how a pizza chain with such good pizza could have a location that serves the worst pizza I've ever had.

Great food and the staff is super friendly. They don't have my favorite pizza on the menu any more, but the waiter didn't even hesitate to say they would make it for me anyway. Awesome service!
