Amazing, amazing, amazing! We love Naples! Everything we have ever had here has been exceptional! Our waitress was super nice and friendly. Rosemary bread is always great with the garlic butter. Rosemary roasted beets were a great alternative to your typical beets. Ravioli is always top notch.

The host was rude, not friendly at all. We walked in and the host just looked at us. Never spoke until we spoke first. The food was good. The waitress was friendly. Tip: unless you want to be completely separated from the dining room, do not agree to sit in the "blue room." The curtain will be pulled without question. The room is more like a closet.

Had the crispy duck and risotto. It was mediocre at best. The risotto was mushy and the only flavor from the orange glaze were the oranges themselves. With a tab of $70 for two people, I expected far superior food. Also, I chose the fettuccine alfredo as a side and it had a seafood flavor even though there was no seafood present.
On the other hand. The service was prompt and pleasant. Also, the atmosphere was perfect for a nice dinner for two.

Naples has the best Italian cuisine in or around Knoxville. The atmosphere is old school and is comfortable enough to chat and enjoy dessert after an excellent meal. If Cindy is your server you will get friendly and professional service. She goes the extra mile to be sure you enjoy the experience. Alone or with your family & friends, it doesn't get better than this.

Naples is the best restaurant in Knoxville for real Italian food. The menu offers numerous choices and we have tried most of them. The entire
staff is kind, attentive and professional. They have amazing veal Marsala and their duck is crispy outside and moist inside and always a treat. Every item on the menu is plentiful, so you will probably end up taking some home. We have never ordered dessert here because we are always
too full to do so. Consistent quality of this type is hard to come by.
