We dine at this location frequently, and the food and service are always awesome...On this visit, however, the food and especially the service were EXCELLENT!!! Our Server tonight, Jason, should be the mark which all waitstaff is measured against, because he was OUTSTANDING!!! Simply the best Service we have received...EVER!!!

This location is outdated and just plain old. Smell is terrible at times and the service here is severely lacking at times. It has always been a favorite place for seafood but they have let this place run down and it has never had good access or parking.
Went back a week to ten days ago and same problems exist. Parking situation will never be remedied because the property availability prevents it. Handicapped access is pitiful at this locale and very sparse. Service was some better than the two previous times we visited however some of our food was served cold.
We won't return to this location ever.

Great food, more importantly great service. The waiter was super polite and observant. He was ready before we were for the next serving of shrimp.

Quick service and great food. Friendly and helpful servers. Great drinks. I was unable to catch his name, but the manager on staff late in the evening on Thursday September 21 2017, was extremely helpful to me personally and saved my family from having a medical emergency. I cannot overstate how thankful I am that he was there to help us. This Red Lobster has the best service in Knoxville. Highly recommend.
