I'd have given a full five stars if the employees were more apt to get my order correct. Overall, it does deserve it's 4 though.

Here in Knoxville you do have a variety of Taco Bells to choose from but by far this is particularly well kept! Bathrooms are always clean and fully stoked which for a female is a wonderful start to this fast food restaurant. Next the employees are respectful, kind and courteous! They are extremely knowledgeable about the menu and almost any question you might have including but limited to vegetarian options, gluten free options, healthy living options and on and on! So if you want a great experience from a Taco Bell I would most definitely choose this location here in Knoxville!

They didn't get the order right had to go back twice was ignored by the manager. Then was told they couldn't fix the problem. Don't know how to prepare food. Dont eat here you'll leave mad

I have frequented this place often, and I enjoy the friendly folks here and how quickly they move the orders.
It is not as good as it was about a year ago, though it is still good. They used to serve food that was obviously very "fresh", hot and not skimpy on the portions.
Now, I can often get a stale chalupa or taco that barely has anything in it. So that's not great.

This Taco Bell is like the Chick-fil-a of Taco Bell's in my opinion. It's my favorite one in town and I'll tell you why. I've worked about 3 minutes away from this one for over 2 years now and so I go here for lunch extremely frequently. I'm a vegan and therefore my orders are always altered and sometimes pretty complicated. In all the times I've gone here they've messed up my order maybe twice. The food is always delicious and fresh tasting, and they always get the proportions right. On top of that they are always extremely friendly as if they actually care if you're having a good day or not. If my food is taking an extra few seconds (which is rare because service is lightning fast here) they will chit chat with me at the window even if I've never met them before. I love this one so much that I will go out of my way to go to this one as opposed to another one in town because I know they will always get my order right, service will be fast, and they will always be nice. The ONLY downside is that they do attract homeless people because of the location. But if you keep in mind that homeless people have to eat too, you'll remember that it's not a big deal. The staff is even nice and respectful to the homeless which just makes me like this place even more.
