The prices for what u get is excellent. The produce is locally grown. They sell stuff from Magpie's Bakery, they sell stuff u can make Asian & Mexican food with (just like a regular store), & their fried tofu & spinach fritters rock my world! U can shop here without having 2 drive all the way across town!

The best natural store I have been too, I love how I can go to the produce section and, find all my favorite fruits and vegetables organic and local.
Also, it is not a chain store like I use to go too, the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The hot bar is a bonus, if you are a vegetarian, vegan or carnivore they cover all the basis
If you are looking for a community based non chain store , then give them a try. This is the only place me and my husband will shop.

Love Three Rivers Market! You don't need a membership to shop here. They have an excellent selection of groceries that aren't too highly priced, and they try to source their produce locally. The Hot Bar is AMAZING and one of my favorite places to grab dinner (cost is by weight). They also have a wonderful selection of grab and go meals and desserts. All freshly made and healthy. Great organic beauty product section, and a kitchen supplies section. Love the beers they carry, and especially their "create your own 6 or 4 pack" option.

Great selection and good sales. Sale prices are well worth the membership cost. Three Rivers supports many local charities through offering to round up purchase costs to the nearest dollar and donate the difference. I love this method as it painlessly adds up to a lot of money for the people they're helping. Three Rivers carries meat, produce, and dairy from local farms as well. Their salad and hot food bars are great. Their coffee is *awesome*! Good beer selection and pet friendly, too. My kids enjoy shopping here. Small carts for toddlers to push and yummy treats in the bakery case. Great all around. 😊

So glad that they provide Grade B maple again. If you want more antioxidants and a better maple taste get it. Maple syrup isn't graded like school work. The grades are when the syrup is harvested. Vermont Fancy is very clear with a hint of vanilla. Grade A Medium Amber is still light but has a more maple taste. This is pancake syrup. Grade A Dark Amber is produced at seasons end and has a stronger maple taste. It had more of the "traditional" maple taste. Grade B, my favorite, is produced just before the maple tree buds. This is a cooking grade syrup with intense maple flavor. It will be dark in color, like molasses. I wish we could have a choice of all these syrups here,in TN, but I know it wouldn't be worth the loss businesses would have because the majority of people don't understand the labels. Just remember B doesn't stand for bad or below average. It is the darkest, most intense maple syrup you can get. I love cooking with it. It does provide more of the minerals you get, too. The grading changed in 2014. There used to be a "C" grade. Now some of them are listed as "A Dark Amber". When shopping just remember that the darker the syrup, the stronger the flavor. Please don't think that B is bad. Thanks for bringing this back!!!!
