Everyone was so friendly. Food was great kudos to the cook. Waitress was always asking if you needed anything and if everything was ok.

Good service and good food but I do not care for the "city ham". Amazing to watch as so many people are quickly served.

The food was good. Service was great. I usually go to the one on Merchants rd. This one has gotten better since last time though.

Great breakfasts. Great coffee. Not the most healthy if thats what you're looking for but very filling. Wonderful, friendly service. Got served faster than other Waffle Houses I've visited. Poof! Your food is ready. Excellent short order cooks and right there where you can see them cooking. Will definitely return if I'm in the Knoxville area.

Just passing thought on I-40. Convenient location!
Young man warmly greeted us before we got in the door and directed us to an empty table.
Quick service. Food server was friendly and "happy and blessed", as she said.
Good food!! And they were a team! Obviously working together.
They should be proud!!
