I am a new patient of Dr. Anderson, when I first contacted her office I spoke with "Ali", she talked me through downloading and filling out the forms and paperwork to get started, very,very thorough and polite!! I went to my appointment yesterday, at check in everyone was very friendly and professional, The nursing staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in answering my questions and preparing me to see Dr. Anderson. When Dr. Anderson came in she was exceptionally Thorough, Professional,Competent and Friendly, I felt completely comfortable asking her questions about my Dermatological issues and she explained in deatail what procedures she would use to help me, she was very competent, very efficient and in my opinion, did an EXCELLENT JOB! I would definitely recommend Dr. Anderson and her staff to my family and friends and anyone wanting to see a Dermatologist. I have to say my visit to Dr. Anderson was a very satisfying and pleasant experience, far exceeding my expectations and I am a retired Emergency Care worker, I know Quality and Professional Healthcare when I see it!!!

I paid for an appointment where they told me they couldnt help me. I saw Dr. Rahman. I went in for a skin condition and was told "there isn't anything we can do for you." I then called a friend of mine, also a dermatologist out of state, and she started naming off all courses of treatment for this condition. I'm not sure about the other dermatologists with this practice, but don't go to Dr. Rahman. She doesn't really want to help with your skin conditions.

This is quite possibly the worst dermatogist I have ever seen. The nurse who took my information was rude and didn't seem to know enough medical knowledge to be working in a doctor's office. The main problem that I saw her for was not resolved and the medication process was not explained correctly. Then when I inquired about a medication I received I was rudely told that it was my fault. So I am not planning on coming back.

Dr. Anderson takes time to answer questions and is never hurried as many doctors are. I decided to see her as a replacement for another dermatology group I had been in prior. I could have died had I listened to a doctor in the practice I left. I will always trust Dr. Anderson. She actually listens to your concerns!
