The customer service is always wonderful! Everyone is super nice. Amanda always does my hair perfectly! I recommend all my friends to go here. Plus they offer other services like massage and waxing!

Rachel at reception is always so genuine and attentive. I appreciate her warm welcome. Stephanie is the best stylist I’ve ever had and Jessica-Erin, colorist, is superb! I have nothing but great things to say about my Western Plaza Natural Alternatives Avesta Salon & Spa.

As a loyal staff member of natural alternatives for over 12 yrs, I have seen staff come and go...its rare but like all businesses, there is always turnover either due to moving, family or a new career. Western plaza by far has the longest standing staff in the biz!!! With 20 and even 25 years under their belt! With this kind if loyalty you know you are in wonderful hands at Natural Alternatives!

Stylists are quick AND do an excellent job. Stephanie works miracles on my fine, curly hair, and Erin O. is a fantastic colorist!
