They Absolutely are Horrible! The woman I spoke to was Rude & argumentative, hung up on me when I asked for her name. A majority of the time my Mom has to wait Hours on them. Today was 4 hrs, in the heat waiting at the grocery store. She was originally told 1 hr. Don't waste your time or money

Didn't inform us that he only took cash, and then charged us to drive to the ATM. Ridiculous. The whole trip cost a fortune because of It. Scammers.

Very very slow responce we waited over 2.5 and still no taxi and everytime we called they said hes on his way but that's ALL we kept hearing and the 85 yr. Old guy we had with us has COPD & the temp. outside was 87°without the heat index not good speedy service

It worked for me, so I don't know why the reviews are such. Dispatch was on it and responsive. James, my driver, picked me up and later delivered me home from the venue. No complaints on my end. I called a couple companies before this one but they were all booked. These guys delivered for me, and I am grateful. I recommend them highly.
