To me they are awesome. Only one time I almost passed out and they all came with icepacks and water to make sure I was okay.. The workers are very friendly and kind and always ask if u okay during the donation. But everybody have their own opinion.

Make sure to bring a good book, a blanket, and some snacks, because you'll be waiting 4-8 hours, especially as a new donor.

I like to help out giving plasma. But I don't think you should have to sit an wait sometimes up to 4-5 hrs. Cause the workers are mostly laughing cutting up with their favorite ppl. Or take in the new ones first. Too many VIP passes been given out to some of the same ppl all the time. Got there at 9 am didn't leave till almost 4 pm. That's bs. I think the big bosses need to step in for surprise visits onces in awhile. Very unprofessional. An wount even tell you what your blood pressure is. They make there own choices on who to let in back first.

The staff here is fantastic!! Yes, the wait can be very long sometimes but that is not the staffs fault. When you have 20 donors waiting and only 3 nurses screening it will take a while. I have seen them hustling trying to get to all the donors, but there is only so much they can do... I have seen them being mistreated by many donors and still keep their cool (with just a little sass). The managent is great at this location too!! If you are nice to them they will treat you with more respect. If you have an issue just talk to them, don't be rude (that won't get you anything). It pays to be kind!!

While an easy way to make money, be prepared to be treated rudely. Sure some of the workers are friendly it seems most just don't want to me there. I've seen a person begging for help while the workers just ignore them and continue to talk amougest themselves. Make sure you eat and drink plenty before going there because they won't help you if you start to get sick or light headed from donating.
