I would leave 0 stars if that were possible. Room is disgusting. Everything is broken. The lady who checked me in was drunk. Came to the "fitness room" and all 6 pieces of equipment are broken. Would have rather slept in my car outside and felt safer and cleaner.

I had training classes here on two see days. In both days we were accommodated very well. The staff was polite and attentive.

Give me a break. Disgusting, dirty, nasty and out dated. This is far from a 3 star hotel. I was hoping to post some pictures...dirty walls, scuzzy shower, dirty mirrors, cracks in bathroom ceiling, caterpillar on bathroom floor, dirty door, and totally banged up old furniture along with a panel ceiling in bathroom area and dirty sink drain...
Yuk! I'm afraid to touch anything. Perfume smell in room and guy outside playing loud rap music in his running truck.

Everyone is very nice. Banquet was good. Only complaint is the beds are too high. Handicap customers have hard time getting in and out of the beds

We had our family reunion here. June 23 -25. Our room door wouldn't open unless you used your shoulder to push the door open, it was a serious fire hazard, you had to turn the handle and pull very hard to get out of the door. There was lots of mold and mildew outside the rooms, the bathroom floors looks like it hadn't been moped in forever very dirty, the tub hadn't been cleaned, the air conditioning was loud and didn't cool to the adjusted temperature, the bed looked clean but not comfortable, there were little tiny ants crawling on the wall in the room by the sink area.You can only get towels if you give dirty towels back so don't ask for an extra towel. Our families were socializing in the lobby area which is a good distance from the front desk, a nice area that has tables and benches for seating, everyone was enjoying themselves, but at 11 pm we were asked to go to our rooms because the lobby was CLOSED. WHAT???? A hotel with a CURFEW that actually shuts down. Never heard of such. Well their complimentary breakfast was good. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially seniors who have troubled with their legs and can't climb the stairs, there's no elevators. I thought the Ramada was a good brand of hotels but not this one.
