Bill is one of the most wonderful insurance agents there are! He is friendly, knowledgeable about his products and is all about SUPER customer service. There has NEVER been a time when I haven't attempted to reach Bill or presented him with an issue that he was not available nor handled my request! We have shopped with other healthcare providers for our firm insurance however, have never switched because of the SUPERIOR customer service Bill provides! Thank you Bill for making my life as the firm office manager easier!
