Absolute worst insurance. My wofe and daughter had an accident. They took about a month to start the claim process. They refuse to do the research so we ended having to do all footwork. They told the mechanic to useall use parts on their car and refuse to pay the mechanic what he charged so we are compelled to pay the difference: $400.00. We have never experienced.anything like them. AVOID them r u will regret it. The way they treated us. I plan on exposing them every chance i get.

1/06/17 .I started a full coverage auto insurance policy through an agent in san antonio tx.
1/25/17. Safeway canceled my policy because underwriters didnt submit my photos and proof of ownership.
2/?/17. Bank account charged $281.?
3/28/17 payment due $89.00. I paid in person to agent then bank account is withdrawn 89.00 + 30.00 more.
Car payment due 3/4/17 i put 400.00 in account and im negative
They will steal your money like they are doing me. Dont buy here !
