This has to be the WORST place to come do insurance business in the US Agencies franchise!!.. there is always either one person working or 2 ppl with one walking around taking her time between customers.... no matter the time of day its at least a 30 to 45 min wait! Once ive waited for an hr just to pay a bill!!!... they seem to always be training someone for ever but u never see them actually work. PLEASE get one of the payment machines at this location!.. or here is a novel idea...you have 4 desk...PUT SOME PPL IN THEM!!! OH WAIT..ONE JUST GOT OFF...So ill be in here for at least another 30 mins... #HighlyAggravated
