This isn't a good place to bank they let any one access your account I ask them no to let the insurance company take anymore payments because I was insured by another company they told me it would be 20 bucks to stop payment so I went on and did that but the next month they let them overdraft my account this is only one of many things I don't like about this bank

This bank is always making mistakes at the worst time. One time they "accidently" overdrafted me on a holiday where I couldn't contact them I had to cancel the plans for a whole day with my family because I didn't want to get more charges. They then told me it was an error.

Awhile back, I checked my account balance and there was hundreds of dollars more than there was supposed to be in it. Then my bank called and said "oops we made a mistake and deposited someone else's money in your account". They took it all back but still.

Another time, I wanted to make a foreign transaction. They refused to let the transaction go through until I physically showed up at the bank. They got really nosey about what I wanted to buy with this transaction which is really weird. They then told me that EVERY TIME I wanted to make a foreign transaction, I would have to be physically present in the bank that day. I ended up paying someone else every time I needed to make foreign transactions.
