Fast and friendly. Wanted to try sliced brisket...but wasn’t available...
Pork ribs were boneless and served with either one or two, boudin or jambalaya and two sides. These were “country-style” ribs which are either blade or shoulder slices smoked. Very unexpected and uncommon...but still pretty good. Great smoked flavor...but wanted a good spare or babyback rib...with the bone. Boudin a little salty...but still okay. Sausage pretty good too.

Absolutely yummy food. Love the staff here! My family loves to come early in the morning, grab some biscuits, and sit outside to eat them. Everything we've gotten here has been delicious.

A must try for breakfast. The boudin has a good taste and spice to it. If you're lucky enough to have Mr. Wallace take your order be sure to ask about the history of the place. Very interesting gentleman. He saw Ted Williams play ball.

My god... Whatever they put in that Cajun spiced tots is amazing... If I wasn't traveling, best believe I would be back again and again. They sell some solid food, with charming personality.

I stepped out of my car and the beautiful aroma made my mouth water instantly. I ordered my food and sat out on the porch. The atmosphere is casual and very comfortable. There was zydeco playing and a nice breeze from a fan. The food arrived quickly and tasted amazing. I haven't had better barbecue anywhere in Louisiana.
