Had a family dinner of 10. It was fun and friendly and speedy. The food was awesome, our sever was very observant and attentive. Doesn't hurt he was cute to look at with him twin :) we all had a great time! :)

Went to Texas road house .The line was very long. 1 and a half hour wait.Went to logans. Waitress did give her name. Potatoes not cooked steak overcooked. First round. Sent meal back and was charged for sides. Not told of upcharge. Manager did make good. Should have waited at texas road house. Now I know why Logans wasn't busy.Service terrible.

Our server was very nice but it did not make up for the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. I ordered my hamburger medium...it came to me so over cooked I could only choke down half of it. The same was true of my grandson's hamburger. The meat was dry and the bun's were stale. Even the worst hamburger I have had at a fast food restaurant was far better than this. I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstance.

This place has really gone down in quality. It was nearly empty last Saturday and I can see why. My friend's steak had to be sent back THREE times before they got "medium well" right. In fact, each time it came back, it was even more rare than before. The manager had a terrible attitude, almost an accusatory approach.
The peanut bucket was half empty and had stale peanuts along with empty shells from previous guests.
The waiter had an elitist attitude and kept looking out the window while taking orders. He didn't start being polite until the undercooked steak incident.
I called Customer Service immediately after the visit. The woman took down all of my contact information. To date, no one has called me back. I called again today and was asked to verify my contact information, and was told someone would call me.
Don't plan on going back there any time soon. Not even if they offer a free meal.

This was my second bad experience. The first was having my waiter get transferred to a table with a large party. He explained that someone else was assigned to my table. No one replaced him. As I watch everyone around me get served, I finally had to flag someone down to ask for a waiter. The food was not prepared as I ordered.
The second & final time I will frequent this restaurant, there was not one to seat me. At least (3) kitchen staff members saw me waiting, but no one stopped to help. The refrigerator that shows the steaks as you walk in, was turned off. After a couple of minutes, I walked out the door and drove across the street to Texan Roadhouse, where service & food were impeccable.
