I'd give it a 0 if I could. Massive billion dollar company that hires the worst uncaring people and the worst fast food quality and service of all fast food chains. Do employees get insurance here? I'd think not.

Staff is nice. Food was served in a timely manner. However, the drive thru is always busy. So, if you are in a time crunch. I wouldn't advise you to go through drive thru.

The service, meals and friendly faces at McDonald's keeps me coming back. From the mangers on down to the crews keep up the good work and McDonald's will always be on top.

This is the oldest and most worse McDonald's restaurant in Lafayette. The managers are all rude and most of the employees. The wait time for food whether inside or in the drive thru is at least 20 minutes and then your food is not even fresh and hot! I would not suggest this location to anyone looking for what McDonald's is known for; smiling faces, fresh and tasty food, quick service, and a clean and friendly place to dine with family. My family has offically discontinued visiting this location due to bugs in food, cold food, slow service and rude employees we now drive an extra 3 miles to visit the one on University or Louisiana Ave. The drive is worth the quality service.
