I love how Monica and Kay are always so accommodating and friendly. The massages and other services are top notch - this is my go-to place to decompress!

Called the day before my service to add on to a gift card i had previously purchased, i was quoted $50_ so i paid for it over the phone so i wouldn't have to worry about it after my appt. Instead of being charged the $50 i was quoted, i was charged the $120 for a brand new package, on top of what we already paid. I understand if i could not add on to a package but i was told over the phone that it could be done and would be only $50, i then paid for that over the phone and 4 days after the service i was charged the $120. When i called they already knew the situation before i gave my name. Very sketchy. I feel fooled. No call back.
Aside from that, the massage was up to par, the facial was not.
I am not one of those people who look to get something for free but when you quote someone a certain price and you pay for it right then and there, you don't charge them more than you quoted them without notifying them before the service.

LUX Spa is your one stop shop from body scrubs, to massage to Medical wellness. But what makes this place best of Lafayette Louisiana. Is Miss Monica Hargett and Miss Kaye Prejean and there staff that really know that your money spent is highly valued.
My mom was bitten by her cat about 10 days ago on the hand and the next morning her hand was hot and really swollen I called Lux Spa and Miss Kaye was able to see my mom. I just want to thank Miss Monica and Miss Kaye for the medical treatment on my moms hand Thank you.

In town for business and saw the amazing reviews and decided to treat myself with a facial and massage. Ended up buying a massage package!! Really professional staff and got me in the same day I called!!! Would highly recommend!!
