Store prices are higher than online prices. You have to show them on your phone so they can match it. Shouldn't be necessary.

Their birds are very malnourished and show signs of stress. Also they have a low selection of items for a large chain store. Overall not a bad place to shop for supplies but I'm just not a fan of the way they treat their birds.

Excellent store, very clean, friendly and helpful. Funny how people bash PetSmart because of the separately owned banefield inside didn't meet their expectations. Might as well complain to United airlines about the rental car company. They're both at the airport after all , no?

Store is very clean & organized. They sell a wide variety of products including organic dog food. You can bring your pet in the store and they have cats that are available for adoption that you can hold & pet. They have a grooming service and also offer training and obedience classes. It is a little bit higher on the price scale than I would like but overall it's my go-to store for pet supplies.
