Poor customer service. My son and I had a dental appointment and he has to get his wires off before the dental cleaning. Our appointment was at 3:30 at Martin Orthodontics and at 4 pm for our cleaning as it has been for YEARS. Well, apparently today Martin Orthodontics didn't want to wait for us to get back to their office to get his wires back on so they called the dental office to tell them that I needed to take him back at 8:30 in the morning to get his wires back on. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to give me an opportunity to schedule the appointment myself. See, I work for a living in order to pay her salary and I have to schedule my sick leave in advance. I don't have the privilege to just not show up to work because I have patients and co-workers who depend on me to show up to work. I scheduled these appointments 6 months ago. Please, if you have an opportunity to chose a quality orthodontist with integrity, even if it is not local, please do so. I would not recommend Martin Orthodontics. There are more examples of poor customer service that I have tolerated, please contact me if you would like more information.
