My little girl had been sick since the start of Hurricane Irma, and we couldn't get in to see her doctor. She had been battling a 105 degree fever. The day after the storm, I drove around looking for a place to go. Even though Baya Urgent Care didn't have lights, they had their doors propped open. They had a generator powering the pharmacy meds and the computers. They had small lanterns in each room, and carried one with them as they moved. They may not have been had A/C, but they were ready to help anyone who needed it. We saw a doctor and got medicine, all within 30 minutes. I am so glad for the wonderful people who work at Baya Urgent Care.

Just left 5/1/17 and they double charged my card, not to mention overdrafted my account and told me there was nothing they could do. Poor service, wouldn't even cal there credit card company to tell me anything. Just said sorry. Not to mention it leaves me with no gas money to go to Gainesville to see my daughter born. Avoid this place by all means!!!

I went in before a trip to California, was told it'd be an hour wait, sure, waited an hour and 20 minutes before a nurse took me into a room, took my vitals and then back to the waiting room and finally into a room to wait on the "doctor", an hour later the doctor finally came in, spent about 5 minutes with me and left. 3 hours for URGENT CARE.
As I waited in the room I wrote a scathing review on here. About 7 pm that night I got a call and let it go to voicemail, low and behold it was Baya urgent care wanting to discuss my Google review, meaning THEY WENT INTO MY MEDICAL FILES TO GET MY PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ME ABOUT A GOOGLE REVIEW!?!
Me being the nice person I am panicked and changed the review because I don't like confrontation, I'm rewriting this now because I was prescribed 3 separate medicines and here it is over a week later and I'm across country feeling worse than I did before. Thanks for wasting my money and my time baya "urgent" care. Wanna call me now "so we can discuss my Google review?"

Don't waste your money, if you are really sick they will just send you to the ER, hospital, and will not give you any medication and you will still have to pay for the visit. I just wasted $100. The doc is scared or not competent enough to deal with anything. They can't do any blood work. All he will tell you at the end is to go to he Emergency Room.
